AI and Call Recording Notice
You may be talking to an AI
Vectena and the businesses we serve use AI assistants for chat, email, text and phone. An assistant tells you it is an AI at the start of the conversation and whenever you ask, and it will not pretend to be a person.
What assistants can and can't do
- They answer only from information the business has approved, such as services, prices, hours and service areas.
- They can book, take messages and pass your question to a person.
- They cannot take payments, give refunds, sign agreements, or give legal, medical or financial advice.
Call recording
Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call before it is recorded. Calls handled by an assistant begin with a notice that the call may be recorded and transcribed. If you don't want that, say so or hang up, and ask to be contacted another way.
